Through education and supportive guidance, clients learn to work with their bodies rather than push against them—creating routines that feel sustainable, intuitive, and grounded in real life.

Kelli Cole Coaching offers a holistic, education-first approach that integrates lifestyle design, mindset work, breath awareness, light and herbal support, nourishing food choices aligned with human biology, and stress-reducing movement. The focus is on building clarity, resilience, and sustainable habits that support long-term well-being.

Each private coaching client receives a highly individualized coaching experience shaped by her lifestyle, stress load, priorities, and personal goals—never a standardized plan. Guidance is curated across nutrition, daily rhythms, mindset, movement, light exposure, and supportive practices, evolving as the client gains insight and capacity. This is a private, collaborative process designed to provide clarity, structure, and sustainable integration at an elevated level of care.

Group coaching includes a guided mini course paired with live weekly sessions where clients ask questions, gain clarity, and learn alongside others on a similar path. Members benefit from shared insight, accountability, and encouragement within a supportive, like-minded community. This format is designed to build momentum through education, connection, and consistent engagement.

Kelli Cole Coaching offers self-paced courses, including Keto Reset for Perimenopausal Women, 7 Health Myths Keeping You Sick, and The Metabolic Mastery Blueprint. Each program is designed to meet clients where they are, providing education, structure, and practical guidance that supports informed, sustainable progress. Clients choose the level of depth and support that aligns with their current needs and season of life. Coaching not included.

This immersive option combines personalized coaching with full access to all of our available courses unifying all core education into one supported experience. Clients receive stress-aware lifestyle education, circadian and routine-based strategies, gentle nervous-system–friendly practices, educational lab insights, ongoing accountability, and access to Kelli up to six days a week—alongside a private community of like-minded women for shared learning, encouragement, and connection. The result is structured guidance, consistent support, and the reassurance that you’re not navigating your wellness journey alone.

Kelli Cole is a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Health Coach, and the founder of Circadia Holistic in Scottsdale. She works with women who feel stuck, depleted, or out of balance, helping them better understand how lifestyle, stress, sleep, nutrition, and daily habits may influence overall metabolic and cellular well-being.
With an approach grounded in education and whole-person lifestyle support, Kelli guides clients through personalized coaching, habit change strategies, and wellness-focused protocols that emphasize nourishment, circadian alignment, and informed self-care. Her work is centered on empowering women with knowledge and practical tools so they can make confident, sustainable choices that support their long-term vitality.
Kelli is the creator of several educational programs, including Radiant Reset for Perimenopausal Women, 7 Health Myths Keeping Us Sick, and The Metabolic Mastery Blueprint. These programs are designed to challenge common misconceptions around health and wellness while offering evidence-informed perspectives on energy, hormonal transitions, and healthy aging.
Her academic background includes studies at Yavapai College and professional training through Trinity School of Natural Health, where she earned certifications in holistic health and health coaching through the American Natural Wellness Practitioners Board (ANWPB).
In addition to her private coaching, Kelli serves as a wellness consultant for weight-management clinics in Peoria, Gilbert, and Scottsdale, where she supports teams with client education, lifestyle coaching frameworks, and holistic wellness perspectives.
